Hey there, I'm looking to pass off my tenancy at the Glasshouse to another student. Ended up trying to cancel my tenancy a bit too late, so I need to find another person to take it now, or else I will be liable for rent.
On the website it now lists the room as being 145 pounds per week, however, I've received confirmation from a Glasshouse representative that the tenant who received my room would only need to pay the rate that I was offered originally, 139 pounds per week.
If necessary, I would be willing to pay the first couple weeks of rent, as I really want this tenancy off my hands, because it is very much not financially feasible for me to be liable for this lease.
From what I understand, the Glasshouse seems to be in a great location and is right in the city center, only a few minutes walk away from NTU, I think the City Campus, although I'm admittedly not too sure about campus names. 

I can't post a link to the booking, although if you'd like to check it out it should be called "Bronze 6-7 bed room" on their listings on the Glasshouse website, although I'd like to emphasize to not contact Glasshouse through the website directly, as I wouldn't be able to guarantee that you would receive my tenancy, and you wouldn't be able to pay the lower rent price. I'd also like to emphasize that I am running nothing here, I'm earning nothing out of this, I simply just want to get out of a lease that I currently am stuck with.
