I’m looking for a student to takeover my tenancy at Trinity Square student accommodation which is just 5 minutes away from university. My property is a private apartment with a private bathroom, bed, workplace, heater and a nice view from the window. The kitchen is shared with 5 students.  

In the housing there is everything for a comfortable student's life: a social lounge, convenient for meetings with friends, an outdoor courtyard, a study area, fast WiFi throughout the building, welcoming and helpful staff 24/7. 

The price is £187 per week, all bills included. The rental period is 45 weeks, starting from September 9, 2023 and ending on July 21, 2024.
