27 min walk into town, and 18 min walk onto university of nottingham campus. the 901 bus from there is completely free for all uni students and goes to clifton campus in 7 minutes.

on a quite residential road in a big student area, with bustops, aldi and sainsburys all within walking distance. near university of nottingham jubilee campus.

the room has a double bed, lots of storage, located downstairs downstairs

house comes with a washing machine, dryer, bikes, backyard, full kitchen and the landlord is lovely!! the girls who live here are clean and super lovely too! as i'm dropping out of uni i have no use for this room
