I am planning on leaving my Byron accommodation to do a gap year and would like someone to takeover the room ASAP.

The Byron accommodation is brilliant, is a very desirable accommodation and I can see why.
My room in particular has one of the best views being top floor of the accommodation with a working lift where I am sharing with 6 lovely flatmates.

Honestly, this accommodation is ideal for someone who is looking to move into accommodation at NTU. I will definitely be returning to Byron next year.
