Since my exchange semester is coming to an end, I am advertising my student accommodation room. I signed a full year contract but since I will not be here for the second semester the landlord has authorized me to look for a replacement tenant.  About the room: 

• Communal kitchen and living space shared with 4 other students
• 10 – 25m2 approximately
• Small double bed
• En-suite bathroom with shower toilet and basin
• Under-bed storage, desk, chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers
