I am looking for someone to occupy a room in a shared house in Arboretum area of Nottingham (5mins from City Campus). There are 3 lads living here already (all in second year studying Product Design), we are quiet, friendly, we don't much like going out, but occasionally we go for a small bar crawl in town.

£150 per week inclusive of bills.
Available for a lodger from January 2024.
