I have a room in Hampden Halls, and I am looking for someone to take over my contract. It can be available whenever, the first of 3 payments is paid off, next payment is January 11th. Would prefer to be contacted before that.

- Brand new building with new furniture.

- Shared kitchen with 5 flatmates and a shared toilet with 1.

- Weekly cleaners clean the kitchen and toilet & clear out the house bins.
