The room has a double bed, TV, desk and chair and is well-lit with two Velux windows. Utility bills (except energy) are covered to a £7 limit per person per week. 

In terms of location, the University of Nottingham is 10 minutes away by bus and in 9 minutes you can be at Nottingham Trent University - the bus stop is only 2 minutes away. Nottingham’s shopping district, which includes intu Victoria Centre, is 10 minutes away via bus and there is also a Tesco just 3 minutes away, as well as many takeaway options along Ilkeston Road.
