Looking for someone to take over my tenancy for student accommodation in Nottingham. I have a studio available for £170 per week so private kitchen and bathroom as I would no longer like to go. The accommodation is called Crown place 10 minute walk from city campus of NTU. It is a 44 week contract with bills included. 10 minute walk from city campus also close to city centre.
There are also amenities in the accommodation such as all incluse utility bills, free wifi, study spaces, free on site gym, a games area, a gaming room PS5 and Xbox, cinema room, kareoke room, courtyard, secure bike storage.
