I am looking for someone who can take over my tenancy agreement from May until the end of the contract in July, I am in a studio flat that costs £160pw and will not be here during these months. The room comes with a kitchenette, a bathroom, plenty of storage and appliances.

It’s walking distance from multiple shops, the Victoria Centre and is a 10 minute walk from the train station.
