My name is Marine, and I am 22 years old. I am French and I am currently a first-year master’s student at the French National College of chemical engineering of Mulhouse. To get my diploma I need to do a 4-month internship abroad. I found it at the school of science and technology of Nottingham Trent University, and I start my internship on May 12 and finish on August 29. I arrive in Nottingham on May 8.

That’s why I'm contacting you because I'm looking for a flat and I'm interested in your ad. Indeed, I really want to find a flatmate so I can share good times with people whose culture is different from mine, and with whom I can converse in English. Indeed, my aim is to progress in this language, and what better way than to live in an English-speaking country and even better live with people who speak English!

I have some a few questions about your ad : is it possible to have the location so I can see if the flat is far from my internship site. 
How old are the girls in the flat ? Are you all staying during the summer vacations ? 
I saw the bills are uncapped. Do you often exceed the expected expenses? I asked because it would be complicated for me if the rent were higher than 129 £ per week.
Do you have any photos of the flat ? 
Finally is it possible to pay the rent by month rather than by the week ? (It would be easier for me to deal with my French bank.)
