I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Goldsmith Court, which is right on the NTU City Campus. It’s a short walk into town, with access to shops, and right next to the NTU tram stop. It is an en-suite with a 3/4 double bed and shared kitchen.  
46 week contract (12.09.25 to 31.7.26)
£250 deposit already paid
I am willing to contribute another £750.
£165 per week
