I have a room in The Maltings and I'm looking for someone to take over my contract. I will be handing over my keys very soon, the final payment is in April (£1,451.80) 
The accom is in basford, not really far from campus. The room has a double bed and is on the second floor, the view from out the window is really nice and it's a really spacious room compared to the other ones in the same block
Theres a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom space (2 toilets 2 showers). The flatmates are nice too!
