Hi, I have a large en-suite room in Simpsons, its 135 a week and 5/10 minute bus to the city.
Parking inside accommodation, modern glass shower, big desk and lots of storage space.

I currently reside in room E2707 in Byron with some great flatmates. However I have decided to leave uni and am looking for someone to take over the tenancy ASAP.
The current rate is approx £160.00 per week but the room is lovely and has an en-suite private shower room. The desk space is massive and the bed is comfy.
I will be handing my keys back into the Byron accommodation people on Sunday 23rd November, at which point they will take over the legal/financial side of the handover. The tenancy runs until 23/7/20.

Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my large room at Meridian court as soon as possible. I'm either looking to swap or someone just take over. It's £105 a week, all bills included. For NTU students only. Free bus pass included. The bus stop is a 10-minute walk and a 10-minute ride to the city center. Buses come every 5 minutes.
