I am living in a flat next to another girl (she's in third year) literally 2 min walking away from the City Campus. The flat has less than 2 years since it was renovated and it has been made to really high standards. 

My room is quite big, ensuite and the price includes everything including wifi and tv license (there is also a TV in the room). It costs 135 per week and the rent is until early July - the price is so worth it considering size, location and the actual estate and look of the flat!!! You would not find this anywhere else!!
