I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in Simpsons Hall, the accommodation is available from the 23rd September and is on a 44 week contract
Prices - Price per week = £135
- Price per year = £5,956
- £200 deposit (already paid)

Hi, if you are still looking for city campus accommodation. I have norton court, which is en-suite and the deposit has is already. It only costs £5952.62 for the year and you can pay this in installments termly, you can also move in when you want. It’s a 20-25 minute walk from NTU but a 10 minute tram or bus journey. Hey, just wondered if you were still looking for a room, I'm looking to move out and need someone to take over my room. Its 15 min walk from city centre, super close to tram and the bus and Asda, big bedroom, 92 pounds per week including bills and wifi. You would be living with 3 other lovely girls.
